As our new Payroll & HR Administrator you will provide administrative services to employees in Poland as part of our Global People Services team. This is an exciting time for the DAZN business with ever expanding growth and success. Working within a collaborative and vibrant HR environment, your skills and positive attitude will fit perfectly within our team! This role will be based in our Katowice office on a hybrid basis. Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!

As our new HR and Payroll Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Prepare documents such as employment contracts, amendments to contracts, certificates
    • Carry out admin work related to employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, holiday entitlements, data changes, medical check-ups, OHS training
    • Be the first point of contact for payroll & HR admin queries
    • Create and maintain personnel files and documents up to date
    • Maintain and update HRIS (Oracle)
    • Serve as the point-of-contact for employees with benefit related questions or issues
    • Carry out day-to-day benefits administration: new enrolments, changes, terminations, etc.
    • Ensure all changes are entered appropriately for payroll deduction
    • Collate and check all payroll related data within agreed deadlines
    • Run absence reports and review work time registration app on weekly basis
    • Review the payroll list
    • Work closely with the external payroll provider to resolve all payroll related matters and execute post payroll run related duties (statutory reporting and filing to authorities: ZUS, PFRON, Tax Office, GUS)
    • Process all HR related invoices via Oracle in a timely manner
    • Monitor changes in Polish Labour Law

You’ll have:

    • Proven work experience in HR area and payroll processing (for a Polish entity)
    • Practical knowledge of Polish labour legislation
    • Good Excel skills, including formulas and vlookup
    • An ability to work with various templates, reports and HR systems
    • Meticulousness and attention to detail
    • Good work organization and ability to meet deadlines
    • Fluent Polish language skills and a good level of English
