The opportunity:

• As a member of the EU finance team composed of 6 members based in Paris, you will report to Zuzana, our E-payment Lead​​
• You’ll be working with various internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Claims department, Product, Operations, Legal ...) and contributing globally to improving our debt collection and unit economics.

What you'll do:

• Monitoring and analysis of debt via internal queries
• Managing debt collections : setup payment plan with users,submit evidences for disputed payment
• Ensure the follow-up with the debt transferred to our collections agencies (eg. providing invoices copies, debt evidence)
• Administration of payment reminders and collection calls
• Daily interactions with recovery agencies and internal teams such as customer service and claims service
• Contribute to improving our recovery strategy
• Daily management of financial flows to ensure compliance with our Terms of service
• Verification and processing payments of rental and post-rental payments such as claims, fuel adjustments etc.

What you'll bring:

• Regardless of your degree, above all we are looking for a rigorous personality interested in the Getaround environment
• A previous successful experience in debt collection is considered an advantage
• You are fluent in French and English
• You have a working knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
• You like to propose new ideas to improve existing processes
