The Role We are looking for mission motivated, early career individuals to work alongside our full-time team members in solving a variety of business problems and directly contributing to customer outcomes. You will be embedded into the Business Operations team, where you will use your resourcefulness, creativity and project management skillset to help bolster Palantir’s external brand, and further strengthen our presence across our user landscape. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of AI. In this role, the challenges you'll seek will require a curious and analytical approach, a sharp intuition for finding solutions, and a strong degree of user insight to ultimately empower our customers to improve decisions.

What We Require

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university.
• Background in fields such as Psychology, Humanities & Social Sciences.
• Taking the full fall 2024 semester off (3-4 months) to work at Palantir. Candidates cannot be enrolled in university classes.

Salary The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $6,250/month. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
