募集部門の紹介

光工場は山口県光市にあるタケダの主力生産工場で、光工場はグローバルの供給ネットワークの中でも重要な基幹工場としての役割を果たしており、出荷先は国内に限らずグローバルに製品を供給しています。

ステライルマニュファクチャリング部は注射剤製造とプロセスサポートの機能を有し、高品質な製品(バイアル製剤、デュアルチャンバーシリンジ)を製造し、継続的なプロセス改善および新規製造ラインの立上げ業務も行うマルチな活動をしている部署になります。

今回募集するプロダクションサポートは、製造工程と密接に関わり、技術力の強化や改善の推進を担う組織です。

職務内容

注射剤の製造工程に関連する以下のような業務を担当していただきます。

・製造条件設定や設備のクオリフィケーション/バリデーションおよび技術文書作成

・継続的な工程改善

・査察対応

・適切なSOP整備と教育活動

・新設備、新プロセスの設計と立ち上げ

・デジタル技術など新技術を用いた工程最適化の推進

応募要件

<学歴>

大学院、大学、高等専門学校卒以上で、下記の実務経験を有する方

<実務経験>

以下のいずれかのご経験を有する方

• 注射剤や無菌製剤の製造業務のご経験

<歓迎要件>

• 注射剤に関する製造技術の検討やバリデーション業務
• 査察対応
• 文書管理、変更管理、製造工程の改善等の経験

<語学>

・英語に抵抗がない方

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
