We are looking for an experienced leader to help us build and scale our sales and account management functions. In this role, you will be designing and implementing core go-to-market initiatives that support our global revenue-generating teams. You will provide structure and process that drives efficiency and growth.

You will:

• Own the design and implementation of Flexport’s most critical go-to-market processes and initiatives. Sample initiatives to design, test, and implement include: a well-defined customer trial process; the optimal account coverage model; lead assignment model for scale; churn mitigation process.
• Build a high-functioning NPS program and process
• Build high-functioning sales support team
• Develop and own Rules of Engagement for sales and account management functions

You should have:

• A strong work ethic and ability to navigate and thrive in fast-changing work environments. You are a self starter.
• 6+ years experience in operational roles, or related experience in management consulting. Experience working with sales and account management teams is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex problems into the key levers that need to be fixed.
• Proven project management skills, with success owning complicated cross-functional programs and projects to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborative approach to getting things done; ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders around common goals.
• Executive-level presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels in the organization.
