CSO shift manager - k. Gat

As part of this job, you will be required to manage CS shift operation - including: leading the daily pass down, lead Safety day to day activities, run audits, field tours & drills, manage resource allocation & track shift indicators
You will also be the CS focal point on site and will be required to manage CS excursions as they occur. Job also includes leading cross department programs & conduct deep interface with the Fab.
This job requires working in shifts mode.

Qualifications

Education: Mechanical/chemical engineering degree
Experience:
- > 5 years of experience in facilities mgmt & managerial background - must
- Background in emergency mgmt - advantage
Soft skills:
- Leadership capabilities
- Strong integration and coordination skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to work and respond effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to work in shifts mode
