The team:

The Technical Recruiting team is part of the engineering organization and reports to the CTO. We are about 25 people based in NYC, Paris, and soon Boston. We have a lot to build and every year, due to the work of the tech recruiting team, the engineering team approximately doubles in size. We are organized in highly autonomous pods of full-lifecycle recruiters and coordinators that collaborate with hiring managers and own hiring in specific parts of the org.

The opportunity:

Technical Recruiter for the Core Platform and Infrastructure Team you will hire the people that build our underlying platform, scale our globally distributed infrastructure, and ensure speed and reliability of our product. Infrastructure engineers love working at Datadog in part because of the scale that we operate at—we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible with available software.

You will:

• Be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting of your candidates
• Ensuring candidates have an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome
• Partnering with hiring teams to ensure that changing needs are met
• Constantly evolve process and messaging for efficiency and market relevance

Requirements:

• Deep infrastructure domain knowledge OR ability and desire to learn
• 2+ years of full-lifecycle tech recruiting experience

Bonus points:

• Have hired for core platform / infrastructure teams that work at a similar scale
• Have hired engineers at a cloud / Saas company
