Procurement Services Representative

Job Description

Converse Trading Company team serves youth through a team of Procurement Service experts that ensure footwear, apparel and accessories arrive at the right place, at right time. This team works with a network of Converse licensed partners, Affiliates , Accountants and Factory partners to drive success through in depth knowledge of consumer demand, complete understanding of current and future supply and unbreakable cross functional relationships.Responsibilities: 1.Monthly buy collaboration with Converse sourcing team in placing orders with appropriate suppliers that meet requirement of buyers.2.Verify completeness of all orders after each monthly buy. Prepare order reports on regular basis for communication to buyers. Ensure timely issuance of Proforma invoices by factories.3.Manage and monitor progress of orders. Respond to all inquiries on status order. 4.Ensure buyers process payments per agreed terms and timeline.5.Ensure on time delivery of all orders. Ensure shipping documentations are accurate and complete. Archive shipping documentation for Finance audit.6.Resolve issues with regards to short shipment, delayed shipment, disputes in invoice value, quality and any other post shipment issues.7.Act as an interface with finance department on forecast accuracy.Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s Degree in business administration / supply chain. 2.3 to 6 years of experience in supply chain, order fulfillment preferably with regional exposure.3.Prefer experience in global trade i.e. handling export and customs documentation and FTA knowledge.4.Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (strong MS Excel) and SAP.5.Excellent problem solving, planning and organizational skills, written communication and interpersonal skills.6.Mid-Level position requiring a highly motivated self-starter with strong time management skills.7.Must be a team player, flexible and able to work independently with a results-oriented work ethic.8.Fluent in English and Chinese Language.Note to Recruitment Agencies: NIKE is not accepting candidate submissions from recruitment agencies NIKE does not have existing contracts with.
