Associate, Corporate Finance

We're looking for someone to join our Corporate Finance team as an associate to assist with a number of Pinterest's financial strategies. Our Corporate Finance team’s mandate is to Maximize Pinterest’s long-term value by facilitating strategic decisions that are backed by optimal investment plans and strong partnership in execution. We do this by influencing our long-term business strategy, setting our capital markets philosophy and providing operational excellence. As a key contributor to the team you will drive Pinterest’s financial model, key planning processes, earnings events, and design frameworks that provide critical decision support to our Board and Executive team.

What you’ll do :

• Build short and long-term financial models to support company strategy
• Work cross-functionally to drive key earnings and planning processes that support Pinterest’s operating model and business objectives
• Influence decision making across the company with objective and data-driven financial and strategic frameworks
• Support key aspects of capital market and acquisition processes

What we’re looking for :

• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, banking, consulting or a related quantitative field, preferably with exposure to high growth technology companies or ad tech industry
• Strong presentation skills, and experience distilling complex analyses into structured frameworks and takeaways
• Exceptional spreadsheet skills with experience creating complex financial and operating models
• Ability to work collaboratively to drive challenging and ambiguous projects
