Job Description

Role Summary:

The team is dedicated to manage the success of a designated partnership by working closely with the bank to formulate, build, develop, and implement the business plan as stipulated in the distribution services agreement signed with the bank.

The incumbent is responsible to assist the sales promotion and incentives initiatives and activities across all the business channels and segments of the Bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business partner to formulate, develop, implement and monitor marketing tactics and campaigns
  • Play logical and sensitive planning on budget control and cope with compliance requirements for all marketing tactics and programs
  • Assist the team in implementing sales literatures and tools, sales motivational events, customer seminars, and customer centric activities to business partner and customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments on product launch and sales strategical implementation
  • Facilitate with Distribution Services Team to provide MIS and operational support
  • Examine and monitor the effectiveness of sales procedures and ensure in full compliance
  • Provide timely sales reports, market intelligence and updates

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in the Hong Kong life insurance or banking industry, preferably with 2-3 years of experience gained from bancassurance
  • Degree holder with a major in Marketing or Finance is preferable
  • Independent and logical thinker, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Quick response, outgoing, team player with a positive attitude
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Familiarizes with good knowledge of the industry’s best practices, and compliance framework will be a plus
