CenturyLink’s internship program is a 10 week, fast-paced and exciting opportunity to gain professional experience within your field of study and career interest. Interns within the Product Management department will be part of an accelerated learning experience, to challenge skills learned in the classroom and develop new skills while working on active CenturyLink work projects. This division is responsible for vendor relationships/management, product and feature rollouts, customer experience, cost and margin analysis, sales enablement, customer communications, marketing of each new product or feature, and a complete quote to cash process for each product. The internship will take place in Broomfield, CO. In addition, interns will connect to our company culture through community outreach projects, engage with our employee resource groups and be able to develop their professional skills and business acumen through frequent exposure to senior leadership, cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking projects, and a network of mentors and fellow interns. We have many areas in which a fresh new perspective is welcomed to better serve our customers with the consumption and adoption of our services:

• Intern to help spearhead streamlining current processes.
• Help test and improve our customer experience (internal and external).

Minimum Requirements:
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Knowledge in Business Management.
• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university; as a senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship (graduating after August 2020).
• Must have an interest in working or learning about Product management and Marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge in excel, word, ppt, and be able to pick up and navigate our specific UCC systems interfaces.
• Minimum Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher.
• Must have transportation to/from work daily.
• Must be available to work 30 – 40 hours.

• Available during Summer Internship Program: 6/1/2020-8/7/2020.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-directed.
• Project Management skills.
• Goal and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage financial models and develop business cases.
