The role

Being part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will work to provide accurate data and insights about Talent Pools on target markets and specific functional areas. This will help shape future talent acquisition strategies and Farfetch’s market positioning.

What you’ll do

• Build and keep track of talent pipelines per pallet of skills based on tactical research, events, sourcing campaigns and a bit of social engineering;
• Build Talent Intelligence reports that will characterize the talent pools from a macro perspective, influencing future Talent Acquisition strategies and keeping internal stakeholders aware of their talent surroundings;
• Drive innovation on processes and tools that will impact candidate flagging and engagement;
• Build Talent Contingency Plans, act as an advisor based on accurate data and a sharp market knowledge, and foster trust-based relationships with stakeholders and potential candidates;
• Capture and maintain market and candidates accurate information on our ATS so it can facilitate knowledge transfer aligned with market approach initiatives.

Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of working experience dedicated to Market Intelligence, Executive Search and Talent Acquisition;
• Proficient with Social Media Platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, Github, Stackoverflow...);
• An expert in boolean search;
• Ability to work agnostically across different functional areas;
• A team player and an autonomous multitasker and time manager;
• Advanced English, both written and oral ;
• A truly “Social Engineer” and “Human Hacker”.
