About the Opportunity

The Shared Services department is an integral part of our business with the mission on delivering high quality, cost-effective services in order to:

  • Produce timely, accurate and consistent inputs to financial records
  • Provide an excellent customer experience for internal and external stakeholders
  • Safeguard the assets of the company by operating controlled and compliant processes

As an AP Lead based in London, you will solely manage all Rent/Landlord invoices and payments in and out of the company, across EMEA. You will work closely with the Lease Financial Administration team to improve the current processes for further potential improvements for accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you’ll:

  • Timely and accurate processing of high value, business critical real estate and lease completion invoices, across a range of languages and currencies, within tight deadlines.
  • Support the team in ongoing lease payment and cash reconciliations and analyse existing processes for continued improvements.
  • Drive Real Estate and Landlord payments communication and stakeholder engagement, including the provision of high quality and responsive information, and develop approaches to increased engagement, collaboration and innovation that create improved value across departments.
  • Support the timely resolution of escalated issues promptly, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Review and approve coding of invoices to ensure accuracy of accounts and tax compliance and reach out to suppliers and chase tax compliant invoices where needed

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • 3+ years experience in accounts payable, preferably in a multi-currency environment
  • 1+ year minimum in a Senior AP position
  • Dedicated self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Responsive and comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth and change
  • Methodical, diligent, and accurate
  • Intermediate+ in Excel (SumIfs, IndexMatch, etc). Experience with WorkDay preferred
  • Excellent communicator
