Strategic Experience Manager

Job description We are searching for a Strategic Experience Manager to take the lead on validating and launching new Thinkful experiences across our marketing and sales teams. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the student journey in order to help us identify, validate and launch experiences that will build our student base. This is a deeply cross-functional role that requires complex, strategic thinking as well as tactical prowess. As part of an agile team, you’ll work alongside admissions, content, design, product marketing, and other key stakeholders. You’ll test, validate, launch, and iterate on experiences across the student journey. Using a data driven approach and having a strong understanding of our students’ needs, you will connect customers to the right program. You’ll continue to analyze the full experience and iterate for optimization.The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, a deep understanding of our student and organizational needs, and the ability to execute quickly while leveraging relationships with multiple stakeholders.Responsibilities

• Work with marketing, sales, and brand to define & execute experiences
• Test and validate new experiences from inception to rollout
• Operationalize and scale existing processes, working cross-departmentally
• Build structure, metrics, and plans for experiences to measure and evaluate success

Requirements

• Prove track record in marketing, sales, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and data exploration skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
