Position Summary:

The Sr Manager Analytics & Insights position is part of Asia’s Brand Intelligence team that uses the Multiple Award-Winning Brand Intelligence Platform to provide valuable insights used for strategy, senior management advisory, planning and digital activation by many of our most senior executive clients.

In the true realm of cutting-edge Big Data analytics, Amobee’s patented Brand Intelligence technology analyses over 60 Billion content engagements daily across the Web, mobile, social and video providing marketers with the ability to access 360-degree insights around a brand, an icon, a topic or a major event’s entire digital footprint and action in real-time across Amobee’s cross-channel, cross-device platforms.

With increasing market demand for data-driven insights to guide major business, Government and non-profit sectors – combined with given our current growth momentum – it is necessary to have a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to drive and support our business growth.

Essentially, the Senior Manager role is responsible for delivering Amobee Brand Intelligence insights to our clients and to drive revenue goals. In this role, the Senior Manager will work closely with a wide variety of clients and often from senior executive levels, collaborate cross-functionally with multiple external client and internal teams to deliver timely, meaningful and rich insights to a broad base of client needs.

The ideal candidate for this position is analytically superior, highly intellectually curious, familiar or keenly interested with the digital landscape, comfortable working independently, and has very strong oral and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1) Key Principle Lead in Delivering Insights and Insights Operations Management

Responsible For Generating High Quality Insights

  • Highly Skilled in Insights Generation and Qualitative Analysis - Expertise in applying analysis and very structured thinking skills to deliver deep insights to very high-standards, across a wide variety of situations and client types.
  • Strong Ability to Interpret Results – Ability to interpret analysis to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management. Producing client-ready Amobee Brand Intelligence documents is a must.
  • Verbal and Communication Skills – Proven verbal and written communication skills, including data visualization. Must be able to be well-skilled in story-telling with data. Should be able to understand client needs and produce client-ready documentation.
  • Analytics Innovation – Contribute to developing new modelling and analysis methodologies, and new Brand Intelligence products that we can serve clients better and drive new revenue growth.

Responsible For Overall Team Insights Operations Management

  • Ensure that all Brand Intelligence Insights delivery is up to our own internal quality benchmark and above industry standards.
  • All Brand Intelligence Insights Activities are delivered to meet or surpass client’s expectation and in line with their project objectives.
  • Ensure that the right structure and best talents in place to deliver our brand promise in Brand Intelligence Insights.
  • Obtain insights expertise support and exchange of learning from various disciplines within the insights and analytics ecosystem.
  • Ensure all Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are delivered.

2) Client Account Management & New Business Development

Client Account Management

  • This role serves as the primary liaison between Brand Intelligence Team and our clients
  • Provides total account management support for assigned Brand Intelligence accounts. Executes the overall account strategy for assigned accounts to generate and maximize business for the Brand Intelligence business unit.
  • This tole will work with our Key Accounts at all levels within their organization, and foster relationships across all functions, including the executive team, insights and research, communications and marketing. The Account Manager is responsible for overall client satisfaction, revenues and renewals.

New Business Development

  • Develop a good understanding of the clients’ insights needs and the implications of using Brand Intelligence to achieve their organisational or business objectives
  • Understanding our Brand Intelligence proposition to identify and spearhead sales opportunities. Responsible for business development plan, identify prospects and support on wining new business.
  • Drive new sales solutions that result in (a) fresh new revenues from prospects or (b) drives greater customer retention that translates to incremental revenue growth from existing Brand Intelligence customers

3) Team Leadership

  • Drive thought leadership for new ideas, with strategic input from a delivery perspective
  • Have a regular and open dialogue with Brand Intelligence team members and have a clear view of their career progression capabilities.
  • Provide job specifications to all members of team and ensure timely appraisal of their performance on objectives to be met.
  • Groom and grow all team members in all relevant aspects of their Brand Intelligence roles.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 years’ experience in a role that deals with insights and structured problem solving with insights and data in a fast-paced setting. Quantitative or statistics experience or background not required. 8+ years of relevant working experience highly favorable.
  • Prior work experience as a business analyst, strategy consultant or in the field of market research also looked upon favourably
  • Experience in a digital media agency is preferred
