Your new ideas help us grow and you bring them in your day-to-day.

Your responsibilities will vary but will include building highly reliable, innovative, and scalable web applications. You’ll coordinate across teams to identify and analyze product requirements. You aren’t afraid of the challenges and know we offer training and development to help you as you grow.

You Will:

  • Build and update landing pages, emails, CTAs, forms and other marketing campaign assets in CRM software
  • Optimize website content and structure to reflect SEO trends
  • Monitor analytics and other data tools to measure the performance of web properties and make adjustments as necessary
  • Assure the accessibility of the website to all interested persons regardless of disability
  • Ensure website content and assets are current and continuously updated
  • Test website across browsers, operating systems and devices for responsiveness and load times
  • Manage internal Wordpress usage by ScaleFactor team members
  • Administrate website hosting platform and domain registration (WPEngine)

You Have:

  • 5 or more years of web application development experience, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Javascript CSS and HTML
  • Experience writing and/or bootstrapping extensible applications
  • Experience with content management, creating animation, video, logos and other artwork through tools such as Adobe Illustrator
  • Knowledge of webmaster tools from Google and Bing
