Twilio is looking for a Sales Contract Operations Analyst to join our EMEA team in Dublin.

Who?

You would be supporting the our customers with compliance requirements and associated workflows. This is a great position if you want to learn and gain experience to have a broad spectrum of cross functional team interactions and dependencies in handling and managing an end-to-end commercial agreement or Order Form (OF).

To succeed in this role, you excel at juggling multiple priorities, managing significant volume of requests, enjoy supporting Sales, interacting with different people in different organizations, and just as important, having a good personality.

You are a results-oriented individual who has a "can do" attitude, responsive, and is comfortable asking questions. You are excited to learn how to use tools and systems to drive impactful outcomes for the company. You will be part of a high functional team.

What?

As a Sales Contract Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and editing of Order Forms (OF) by working directly with Sales account executives.
  • Working with your manager and colleagues to take it to a review process with the functional team (Deals Desk or Pricing, Accounting, Products, Legal), if/when required.
  • Handling, managing and coping with a fast pace, and high volume of OFs during month end sales activities. You will also assist the team in various ad hoc projects, such as data analysis in Salesforce (SFDC), building and maintaining SFDC dashboards.

Once trained by our functional team, this position, based at our Dublin office in Ireland, supports our European sales region but may also support other regional Sales teams.
