Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We’re Futuri Media, an award-winning technology company with products that help some of the world’s biggest media brands thrive, and we seek a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support on our growing team.
In this role, you’ll work with other like-minded professionals on the Sales team servicing inbound sales and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. In addition, you will be creating and deploying outbound campaigns to generate interest and consideration for the entire Futuri product suite. You will earn base compensation as well as incentive productivity bonus.
This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for a successful customer journey that begins with you. Responsibilities include:

• Qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel.
• Researching potential clients
• Connect with and educate prospects
• Conducting a compelling customer needs analysis
• Converting CNAs into sales team meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, sales, financial services, consulting, business development, journalism, communications, investment banking or client success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (written via email, social media, and verbal via phone, Zoom meetings, etc.).
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar email marketing tool.
• Intermediate-level or above skills with MS Office Suite.
• A high level of personal accountability, driven to exceed, and enthusiastic to collaborate with others.
• A proactive nature.
• A healthy sense of humor.
