We’re growing fast and we want to make sure that we scale from thousands to hundreds of thousands so we’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our Operations team!

As a Salesforce Engineer you will:

• Understand the business needs of our Sales teams and transform them to Salesforce implementations.
• Optimize the existing Salesforce implementations/configurations and develop new features/enhancements
• Actively participate in the analysis phase and provide recommendations in the solution design phase
• Apply best practices to existing and new implementations/configurations
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within or related to Salesforce
• Provide recommendations when it comes to improving Salesforce processes
• Identify, assess and propose solutions/initiatives that could improve the current set-up based on Salesforce technology capabilities
• Estimate implementation efforts and apply proper processes in the development lifecycle
• Work with technical and business liaisons and provide ongoing communication/feedback to team members on project progress, risks, etc
• Create and maintain Salesforce related documentation
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience as Consultant, Developer or CRM expert
• Experience with Salesforce Apex Programming Language
• Experience with SOQL/Workbench
• Experience in VisualForce, Lightning components, Force.com
• Good technical writing skills and flow documentation
• Comfortable with technical architecture and custom coding
• Familiarity with business processes analysis and CRM systems
• Excellent English skills
• Attention to detail

Extra bonus points for:

• Salesforce.com Developer Certification (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (administration, configuration, process builders, flows, etc.)
• Experience in scripting languages
• Experience with cloud services/systems
• Good understanding of integrations and APIs will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other colleagues in IT and Business

Note: This is a Greece-based (optional) remote job (GMT+3) so we won't be able to proceed with candidates living outside Greece at the moment.
