Job Description

We are seeking an enterprising candidate who wants to take on the exciting challenge of cracking into a new market! As the student enrollment landscape has changed, community colleges are now adapting some of the recruitment practices that traditional 4-year instructions have historically used. Our goal is to break into that space and create an entire new line of growth for Cappex!

Base ($45,000) + uncapped commissions will result in expected first year earnings of $50,000 - $70,000 for the successful Sales Representative/Account Executive.

You will:

  • Prospect and sell to college accounts to develop new business (20% travel expected).
  • Use a consultative, strategic sales approach to build relationships with college admissions officials (the client) and close deals.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations; and
  • Join and share knowledge with a collaborative, dynamic sales team!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of previous sales experience preferred, but not required. We have a comprehensive training program to train the right person!
  • High drive to succeed. Sales is tough it's not for the faint of heart! We want to find someone who knows what they want out of life and works hard to get it.
  • Great communicator with a fun, relational and convincing personality as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
  • College Degree or equivalent experience to effectively sell to college administrators preferred.

Sales Representative Commissions: Commissions are paid monthly, are uncapped.
