Job Summary

NetApp, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded corporate technology leader and highly sought-after place to work is looking for a high performing Legal Operations Project Manager. This position will report to the Senior Director, Legal Operations.

This is a great opportunity to work with an award-winning legal department (with amazing people) and manage interesting legal work.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience with project management experience involving technical implementations. Prior experience in the legal industry preferred.

Job Responsibilities Include

• Work closely with our internal business customers and SMEs to support the implementation of new services and new technologies
• Scope, plan, manage, and monitor projects
• Provide on-demand support and consultancy for project related work.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation, assisting with the development of such solutions where appropriate, and, once developed, embed best practices.
• You will be a trusted member of the team focused on service quality, delivery, and efficiency
• Results driven with a record of delivering creative and effective outcomes
• Tech savvy and have managed technology implementations
• Have a track record of championing change and delivering solutions that work for all stakeholders
• Manage the implementation of a new technologies
• Manage the migration of data from home grown systems to newly implemented technologies
• Develop project plans, process documentation and implementation materials
• Develop regular reporting documents and playbooks
• Leading business intelligence and reporting tools

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills are required. In addition, this project manager will be well organized and hardworking, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Strong business acumen is a must.

Education

BS/BA degree or equivalent related experience. 7+ years of experience with project management and PMP certification.
