The Role

At Codesignal, we have been hard at work defining our GTM (go to market) strategy. It has been tested, and it works! We are looking for a Marketing Manager to bring outstanding execution firepower to launch and scale our marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the larger team. This involves gaining a deep understanding of our customers, operationalizing demand generation ideas, and optimizing our marketing/sales funnel. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands SaaS fundamentals and can hit the ground running from day 1. This role reports to the VP of Marketing & Operations.

The Team

The Marketing team is small but mighty, and critical to the growth of CodeSignal. The primary objective of the marketing team is to drive new client acquisition across a wide range of marketing disciplines such as content, lead-generation, product, and brand marketing.

Qualifications

Day - to - Day

• Manage key existing marketing channels such as Search, Paid, Content, and Social
• Identify and build additional marketing channels to increase lead generation
• Drive improvements of existing marketing funnel
• Collaborate with product, sales, and solutions engineering to enhance the organization’s understanding of customers
• Be the main point of contact for agencies and vendors, reviewing and approving work
• Strengthen our marketing infrastructure by analyzing marketing conversion results

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience launching successful campaigns across multiple channels
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and marketing/sales funnels
• Ability to learn quickly, digest, and break down complex technical concepts, such as our product
• Business acumen: Ability to understand and explain business value proposition
• Attention to detail
• Superb written and verbal communication
• Self starter, and go getter!
