The Revenue Operations team at SteelHouse is responsible for planning, reporting, and analyzing efforts for our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance team. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who can help to ensure data quality and accountability, while accelerating our growth, improving reporting and collaboration, and providing better forecasts.

You will:

  • Create processes to encourage collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams
  • Implement best practices of engagement across all teams to ensure cross functional coordination and alignment of KPI’s
  • Assist in selecting the technology needed for the Sales team, managing tool subscriptions, and training team members on each tool’s function and best implementation
  • Building and analyzing of reporting to determine insights from data driven projects across the company
  • Analyze, gather, cleanse and validate large data sets for growth, trends, risk, and optimization.
  • Ensure system integrity in Salesforce and continuously seek opportunities for enhancement to improve efficiency, processes, reporting, etc.
  • Act as the owner of data accuracy and reporting

You have:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Business Analytics, Sales Ops, and/or Project Management role
  • Salesforce Certification preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large data sets, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work within complex teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Experience in a team oriented and fast paced environment with a focus on continuous process improvement
