Who You'll Work With

You’ll work in our Tampa Service Center located in St. Petersburg, FL. You will serve as a visible key member of our location services team.The Tampa Service Center (TSC) opened in May 2010 to provide executive assistant and HR support to North America. Since that time, the TSC has expanded to become a hub for North American finance and is home to over 95 colleagues supporting administration, recruiting, analytics, design, learning, benefits and many other roles.You will play an integral customer service focused role supporting our Tampa office colleagues in areas of office services, facilities and reception.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for ensuring professional, high-quality and customer-focused support to colleagues and visitors of the Tampa Service Center. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving an array of activities that contribute to the functionality and upkeep of the office including, but not limited to, complying with and upholding COVID-19 guidelines, supporting colleague requests, ordering supplies, overall maintenance and cleanliness of the site, assisting with facility issues, printing services, and overseeing shipping and delivery of mail and packages. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance of overall physical space (i.e. cleaning of desks, kitchens, conference rooms, storage areas, copy rooms) as well as ensuring cleanliness of all floors including stocking/upkeep of sanitation stations. You will act as a primary contact for office maintenance requests and will coordinate with building management and outside contractors for maintenance and repairs. You will also assist with leading large site events and will support site-level communications. You will also provide responsive, high-quality duplicating support for colleagues which may include liaising with external providers as needed.

Qualifications

  • University degree strongly preferred
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong writing skills and/or background in web development is helpful
  • Specific experience in security and/or catering is a plus
  • Extremely strong customer-service orientation; desire to consistently deliver great service
  • Multi-faceted problem solver who demonstrates an energetic and dynamic approach
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to lead and manage projects autonomously
  • Ability to effectively manage shifting deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to lift heavy packages/items/furniture (minimum 35 lbs.)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed and with minimal notice
  • Ability to perform additional duties as requested by the manager
