Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Payer Implementations is a high impact role, designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results. This role has ultimate responsibility for successfully connecting health plan and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) clients to our technology platform. In addition, this role will provide oversight to a team of project managers that drive complex initiatives both internally and externally to serve our Payer customers.

• View our solutions and implementations holistically, learn and adapt at a faster pace, and be better positioned to deliver value and outcomes
• Develop foundational building blocks for implementation success
• Define and execute a delivery schedule which will allow us to achieve payer connectivity and engagement goals
• Lead a team of project management, business analysts and solution engineering professionals that maintain a standardized, yet client specific approach to solution delivery
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Analytics and Operations to build a best in class customer experience
• Act as a key stakeholder in providing feedback and direction to product and engineering teams for the betterment of our solutions and the ease of a repeatable implementation
• Foster a positive team culture making us the Best Place to Work and Grow
• Team forecasting & resource management
• Maintain Implementation project pipeline via various intake channels
• Identify gaps and solutions in executing strategic process improvements at the team and BU-level
• Set team-level KPI’s and success metrics to continue scaling the team while maintaining excellence
• Serve as the escalation point of contact for client and team as it relates to project delivery issues
• Accountable for the effective delivery of the projects that have been assigned to the team
• Present program status and health to senior leadership

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Prior health plan or PBM expertise is a plus
• Experience building and managing teams
• Previous experience in an Account Management, Project Management or Implementation leadership role
• Excellent at analyzing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data
• Knowledgeable of software development lifecycles
• Advocates for timely completion of work based on data-driven insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A natural collaborator who brings disparate stakeholders together to make things happen
• Strong problem solver who can handle interrelated projects
