Job Description

Broadridge is hiring! We currently have an opening for Lead Quality Assurance Analyst with automation experience to join Boston, MA team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking high growth potential and the chance to play an instrumental role in building quality software in an emerging market. If you're passionate about a position that plays a key role in the delivery of quality client solutions, we want to review your background!

Responsibilities:

  • Improve & Report the quality of software product functionality and deployment
  • Quickly ramp up and contribute to .NET & Angular automated testing
  • Accept responsibilities of the regression test suite, and planning testing for new features
  • Work closely with the development & QA teams to improve the existing tools & process
  • Target the end goal of having as few touch points as possible between code commit and gated production deployment

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of QA experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as leading or coordinating QA Analysts
  • Understanding of multiple asset classes (fixed income, equities, derivatives)
  • Minimum 2 years of working knowledge with Private Equity
  • Proficient with automating web application testing (e.g., ASP.NET, Angular, React)
  • Nice to have hands on experience on C# and Playwright
  • Ability to engage development and business teams clarify requirements
  • Experience using Jira for work item management
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Take pride in outdo the minimum required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
