YOUR MISSION: Evolve, build and lead a best in class recruiting team that is aligned to the business, consistently wins in the talent marketplace, and supports our growth trajectory as Zuora climbs to $1B+.

THE OPPORTUNITY (AKA: Why you want this role over any other out there)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager reporting to our VP of Global Talent Acquisition who will partner with internal stakeholders and has a keen eye for attracting top talent.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

  • Lead a team of Regional/Functional Recruiters with formal management responsibility and accountability for their success, including production goals, quality metrics (pipeline, process)
  • Attract, hire, retain strong talent for Zuora’s TA organization. Develop your team's capability to scale for future business growth
  • Provide feedback in appropriate ways that drives development plans for your teams
  • Manage relationships with executive / business line leaders to create hiring strategies and drive successful execution for the organization
  • Own and drive active requisitions yourself. Maintain empathy and compassion for your team's efforts and challenges on the market
  • Partner closely with Compensation and Finance team members to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support
  • Influence & guide hiring leaders to leverage best practices in hiring
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to leaders and stakeholders as needed
  • Position Zuora as an employer of choice
  • Consult with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to client needs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 5+ years managing functional/geographical recruiting teams
  • Strong desire to ensure your client groups are successful on the hiring front and to help Zuora win
  • Proficiency managing full-cycle recruiting for small/medium-sized organizations
  • Ability to learn/flex and adapt to changing business needs
  • Thorough knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends
  • Ability to build credibility with upper levels of management (VP level) to consult and influence
  • Passion for innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques with a focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and candidates
  • Savvy to close offers against stiff industry competition
  • Preferred: MS/BS in HR, Business or related field
