The opportunity

We’re looking for a technically minded CRM Executive superstar to work with us to deliver our CRM activities by executing a best-in class strategy that successfully grows our CRM channel. We’re looking for someone who has experience working across a multi-channel CRM environment spanning across email, push and in app messaging.

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our team working with the CRM Manager to drive forward our B2C marketing activity. You will have day to day responsibility for delivering our ambitious CRM plans, ensuring our activities align to the UK trading calendar as well as support and amplify our marketing streams spanning major advertising campaigns to trading spikes.

You will have experience working with SQL, able to build queries and leverage the power of our database to deliver personalised experiences which delight our customers. This is not just about increasing open rates or growing click-throughs; this is about driving revenue from CRM as well as growing our customer lifetime value for one of the UK’s most successful e-commerce brands.

You’ll need to be a superuser of our CRM platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze, unafraid at working at pace and juggling multiple projects internally as well as be highly numerate and analytical, continually reviewing and optimising our CRM activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, push and in-app across SFMC and Braze
  • Use of SQL to define audience selection and reporting
  • Work with our in-house creative teams to bring our campaigns to life
  • Run weekly trading and engagement reporting
  • Implementing and analysing testing and optimisation to continually improve and monitor everything we do

Required skills and experience

  • 1+ years digital marketing experience, gained in a CRM centric space from either client/agency side
  • Good understanding of CRM marketing channels, KPIs and techniques
  • Experience of working within Braze or similar ESPs
  • Solid understanding of data management, pre and post campaign
  • Experience developing and executing multi channel marketing at a campaign and programme level
  • Good understanding of HTML and best email practices
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work across both creative and tech/product teams
  • Experience in ecommerce or related industries

Desired skills and experience

  • Experience of working specifically within Braze and/or SFMC
  • Experience of working with Tableau
  • Previous SQL experience
