Job Description

The Vendor Manager - Home Lending is responsible for compiling, analyzing and interpreting data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to business managers. The incumbent solves more highly complex system related operational and customer issues with possible financial risk. S/he applies statistical data to business strategies and presents recommendations to senior management in meaningful format. Manage complex production issues and large projects requiring the coordination of resources, budgets, and deadlines. Makes decisions on highly complex issues with considerable latitude in judgment interpreting policies and procedures and resolves problems within established guidelines.

  • Defines business requirements, user acceptance testing, and implement complex changes.
  • Defines scope of projects and clearly articulates various issues.
  • Identifies various areas for improvement.
  • Maps current business processes.
  • Performs project work and management reporting.
  • Plans timelines and identifies resource needs.
  • Provides input for procedure and process development.
  • Works with departmental leaders to implement policy, operational efficiencies, process improvements, or other solutions.
  • Establishing success metrics and reporting mechanisms.

Bachelor's Degree; in Business, Finance, or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience.

5-9 years; Progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in process analysis.

  • Expert knowledge of project management principles and concepts
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly-changing work environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills (written/ verbal),Strong influencing skills to effectively drive efforts outside of our direct control, including strong communication and partnership skills
  • Strong organizational abilities including planning, program development and task facilitation
  • Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
