About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet’s Network Transformation team is responsible for building a curated ecosystem of mental health providers and delivering value to strategic partners, which starts with building strong relationships in each of our markets. Specifically, the team is tasked with creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Care Connections and setting strategic partners up for long term success. Network Transformation works closely with teams across the organization to ensure continuous innovation which includes close collaboration with Customer, Market Operations, Care Navigation, Product, Clinical, and Data teams. Our approach is “partnership” rather than selling, to align on joint pain points, value, GTM strategy, and product capabilities. Our partnerships require someone who enjoys a fast-paced, innovative environment with daily client interactions, as we build and scale across the organization.

The Strategic Planning and Partnerships Manager will serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for strategic partners that have been implemented and onboarded with Quartet. They are responsible for supporting overall success of a defined subset of strategic partners, primarily mental health provider companies, as well as referring providers that are the source of mental health referrals. The Strategic Planning and Partnerships Manager is a trusted partner and point of contact for Quartet’s strategic partners, reporting into the Director of Network Transformation and partnering closely with internal Quartet teams to deliver operational excellence, manage day-to-day client interactions and operations, and identify and address areas for improvement to support Quartet’s ability to consistently deliver value. The Strategic Planning and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for owning the operational and relationship components of several strategic accounts.

Strategic Planning and Partnerships Managers are highly organized and accountable leads, who are able to project manage operational initiatives while building trusted relationships externally and collaborating to draw from the vast expertise of Quartet’s internal teams. The Strategic Planning and Partnerships Manager adds value by ensuring that Quartet strives to solve large and long-term client business problems, doing so by strategically engaging beyond immediate requests.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage strategic partners objectives, expectations, and timelines by communicating directions/changes to stakeholders, and act as an internal and external project manager who ensures successful tracking and delivery of partner goals
  • Engage with strategic partner stakeholders through monthly performance reviews and ongoing brainstorm conversations to creatively navigate obstacles, enhance existing workflows and identify expansion opportunities
  • Build strong relationships by understanding the strategic partners needs and contribute to their strategic development by leveraging Quartet’s behavioral health expertise and payer relationships in overlapping markets
  • Support the Director of Network Transformation in strategic partner communications and meetings, including but not limited to, Executive Steering and Joint Operating Committee meetings with senior leadership, as well as operations-level conversations and ownership of all presented materials, agendas, scheduling, and meeting notes/memos
  • With analyst support, gather and analyze data to identify trends, areas of success and improvement, determine root cause issues, prioritize focus areas, create work plans, and develop quality output for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, along with internal team workflows and cultivate collaborative relationships with those stakeholders including but not limited to Customer, Market Operations, Care Navigation, Product, Clinical, and Data teams
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and create impactful partner stories that highlight key areas of success and opportunity
  • Previous experience with building new processes that require input from multiple teams in a project management, implementation, or related role
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to engage, build credibility, and create trust across all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized and effective at time management
  • Autonomous with demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, and assertiveness
  • Highly proficient with MS office tools, especially PPT and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • External-facing C-suite relationship management experience
  • Previous experience working for a fast-paced start-up or healthcare consulting company
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accept the rapid changes inherent in Quartet’s growth-stage environment, with the ability to function independently and a bias towards action
  • A passion for expanding access to mental healthcare services
  • Experience with Looker, or, similar BI tool
  • Experience working within a CRM system such as Salesforce
