About the role

The Marketing Campaigns Manager is a critical role in the success of the integrated marketing organizations for Typeform. You'll assist with the execution of all aspects of Typeform’s field marketing efforts globally with a focus on generating new business through a broad range of field marketing channels and tactics. In addition, customer evidence is extremely important to attract new business and retain customers so you will manage the customer reference program working alongside sales to recruit customers and develop full funnel customer stories.

In addition to field marketing and customer evidence, you will also work with the overall marketing organization and agency partners to execute tentpole campaigns supporting key moments in the overall Typeform editorial calendar. These campaigns include all touch points from overall strategy, to collaboration on surrounding marketing activity to execution of the tentpole and postmortems.

You will work closely with sales and marketing to help execute in a fast paced, goal oriented environment. An ideal candidate should have strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as experience in delivering pipeline results.

You will report directly to the VP, Integrated Marketing.

Things you will do

  • Partner closely with growth marketing, product marketing, brand marketing and sales to gain full understanding of the goals, audience, and outcomes for GTM activities
  • Partner with the sales team to build and deliver field marketing activities that support growth and sales goals.
  • Develop and execute innovative local campaigns with highly personalized experiences that surprise and delight targets, educate and engage.
  • Develop event and account-based programs that effectively drive brand awareness and create both new pipelines and expand opportunities for enterprise accounts.
  • Communicate news and updates weekly to ensure that field teams are aware of and making full use of each program.
  • Develop the customer reference program, identifying process, customers and content for showcasing their stories
  • Work across marketing, field and product to ensure Typeform shows up in an engaging and compelling way in all tentpole activities
  • Manage 3rd party review sites with the goal of obtaining reviews, awards for Typeform
  • Driving leads to sales influencing net new business and growth.
  • Completing customer stories to be used across the entire organization to drive new business from field to web to product

What you already bring to the table

  • 5+ years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand, Advertising and/or Communications or relevant work experience.
  • Full understanding and experience moving prospects through marketing and sales funnel stages.
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with multiple teams to complete projects and measure success
  • Experience in building field marketing programs to help attract and expand opportunities
  • Experience in designing an integrated regional marketing plan which may include events, webinars, digital media tactics, and targeted account/persona programs
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results
  • Team player with excellent people skills especially working to align functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, metrics and deadline-driven.
