WHAT YOU'LL DO

Braze's Global Education Department is composed of smart people who are passionate about helping our customers use our software, from helping customers architect the right solution, to making sure they understand the technology and also supporting them if there are issues. As a Certification Program Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact for all customer certification cases by following up on incoming candidate emails with a focus on efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction and work cross-functionally to assist with certification-related activities across the business.

WHO YOU ARE

You are detail oriented and organized and passionate about building and scaling programs. You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and are looking to make an impact at a fast-paced Marketing communications software company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Certification Program Manager by managing day-to-day tasks to grow and develop the certification program; including but not limited to serving test-takers and customers and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to grow the program
  • Assist in the management of the Linkedin Certified Group of Braze Certified Professionals, including managing the addition of new members
  • Manage external communications, including support requests for badges, testing issues and testing accommodations
  • Serve as the point of contact for all internal process questions related to certification exams, including but not limited to: accessibility, scheduling issues, payment
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Assist with development of certification programs at annual Braze conference
  • Develop new communication material
  • Manage internal communication pages, including making timely updates based on changes to the certification program
  • Analyze internal data to understand customer usage, including risks and opportunities
  • Manage candidate comments and feedback regarding exam preparation, scheduling, and results
  • Manage the Braze re-certification program, including communications and outrach to certified professionals and development and management of project
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree: minimum B.A.
  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in project or program management
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in working on a program or project
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Advanced writing skills and communication skills
  • Exemplary customer support skills
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating data and reporting

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $63,700 and $81,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $75,000 and $90,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
