About the job

We are seeking an experienced Partner Sales Alliance Manager to join our North America Partner organization. This individual will help manage the partnership and drive joint revenue goals with our partners by applying partnership GTM best practices to develop and grow joint pipeline of sell-with opportunities. The ideal candidate will have significant experience generating new business with and through partners. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate your business acumen, have a bias towards action, have a passion for channel sales, and are known for rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Sales Alliance Manager, you will:

  • Manage the end to end partnership and develop joint go-to-market plans with our Flex technology partners to deliver against joint revenue targets
  • Co-Design, launch, and run strategic initiatives that contribute to joint go-to-market excellence
  • Own and drive joint partner pipeline, demand generation, revenue growth, and customer adoption across all segments through partner engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders within Twilio and our partners to drive joint field interlock, sales/partner enablement, and partner accountability
  • Evangelize partner capabilities and successes with NAMER sales, Solutions Engineering, and product teams.
  • Frequently communicate with internal and partner stakeholders, providing key leaders with revenue and pipeline metrics
  • Produce results independently as well as collaboratively depending on the project

Required :

  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise partner sales, partner/alliance management, or ecosystem business development in the technology / cloud industry
  • Experience managing contact center technology ISV partnerships like Calabrio, Alvaria, Aceyus, and similar tech partners, establishing partner executive level relationships, and driving accountability and impact via partnership GTM strategies
  • Experience developing joint pipeline, revenue forecasts, and executing with internal and external sales teams to meet and exceed co-sell targets
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to present business development and partner co-sell strategies and key issues to senior management
  • Ability to execute growth efforts, including account management, opportunity mapping and creative go-to-market activities to accelerate revenue growth and unblock joint wins for a partnership
  • Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels
  • Accountable with a sense of urgency and bias for action, and collaboratively influences teams
