We are seeking a hardworking, driven individual to join the accounting team on a full time basis for the summer of 2024. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with several teams within the company and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic accounting function. You will take on the following responsibilities: - Support month-end close process, including reconciliations and invoicing
- Contribute to annual audit of financial documents and internal audit review
- Prepare cash reconciliation and support payment review
- Responsible for the accounts payable function
- Work with various teams across the firm to ensure accurate reporting and to assist with ad hoc project work
- Provide support for finance efforts to increase efficiency and make valuable contributions to business partners
You should possess the following qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate program in accounting and/or related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Self-awareness, maturity and irreproachable integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
