We are seeking a hardworking, driven individual to join the accounting team on a full time basis for the summer of 2024. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with several teams within the company and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic accounting function. You will take on the following responsibilities:

• Support month-end close process, including reconciliations and invoicing
• Contribute to annual audit of financial documents and internal audit review
• Prepare cash reconciliation and support payment review
• Responsible for the accounts payable function
• Work with various teams across the firm to ensure accurate reporting and to assist with ad hoc project work
• Provide support for finance efforts to increase efficiency and make valuable contributions to business partners

You should possess the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate program in accounting and/or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Self-awareness, maturity and irreproachable integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
