  • Partner with the Engineering Manager and Technical Lead to develop the technical product vision and development strategy for the team
  • Establish, develop, and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Manage product-level risks and issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large teams
  • Excellent team leadership, ability to refine product vision
  • Experience applying Agile and Lean development processes such as Scrum or Kanban

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with operating games as a service
  • Experience shipping on multiple platforms
  • Knowledgeable in Jira use, configuration, and limitations

For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players. We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this could be your role!
