Reporting directly to the CMO, we are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to drive our marketing strategies through data-driven insights, trend analysis, and pipeline management. Responsibilities

    • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the market. Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to forecast marketing performance.
    • Marketing Strategy Analysis: Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies. Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools.
    • Pipeline Management: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on lead generation and conversion rates, optimizing the sales funnel. Use data to understand customer journey and behavior.
    • Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and market trends to stakeholders. Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to facilitate decision-making.
    • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Use A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine marketing tactics.
    • Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform targeted marketing initiatives and improve customer engagement. Use segmentation techniques to identify and target specific customer groups.
    • Budget Management: Assist in the allocation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum ROI. Analyze cost-effectiveness and profitability of marketing activities.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media analytics is a bonus.
    • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
    • Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical modeling is an advantage.
