The Retail Technology organization is responsible for the technology our customers and staff engage with across all Apple Retail Stores worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Program Manager to help build the next generation of Apple Product and technology experiences in our stores.

Description As an Emerging Technology Program Manager, you will be unique among the team in leading a variety of special projects spanning our stores globally. These can include demonstrations for upcoming products, new technologies to guide and support the customer experience, and other projects requiring the collaboration of teams across Apple (and at times outside of Apple). These teams will include Product Marketing, Product Design, Human Interface, Services Marketing, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Store Design, and Merchandising to name a few. -Working across Apple to define the business problem to be solved via technology -Identifying stakeholders, building project teams, and establishing/driving a technology solution and execution program -Leading teams to create prototypes, Proof of Concepts, and rapid iteration Directly and/or indirectly managing engineering and project resources -Providing regular executive updates

- 7+ years experience in Technical program/project management, Technical Product Management or UX, CX, Service Design or design strategy

- Experience conceptualizing, scoping and delivering technology for retail
- Experience working and collaborating with a variety of engineering teams focusing on technical strategy, architecture, and execution approach
- Program Management certification
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with business partners cross functionally, deal with ambiguity and rapidly shift gears

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
