The Oklahoma City C-17 team is currently looking for a Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. Our team supports the development, testing, and qualification of avionics software for the C-17 platform.

In this role, you will contribute as part of a team, to create solutions to operational and logistical challenges; many of which are unique, novel, or have never been attempted before. You will be challenged to deliver innovative solutions that advance our capabilities and apply them to real-world problems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
  • Designs hardware, software and interface specifications.
  • Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
  • Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
  • Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and may be requested to support other programs as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 1+ years of experience with generating Engineering Validation Test procedures and reports.
  • 2+ years of experience with software design, development, debugging, and performing software integration and test.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with test program set development
  • Experience with soft front panels
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment

Summary pay range: $89,250 -120,750
