Laserfiche is looking for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through visually compelling marketing materials, digital assets, and corporate templates. You’ll collaborate across teams to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that support business goals.   • Three days/week work from office – Long Beach, CA
  • Work from home on Mondays and Fridays
About the Role - Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Create Visual Content: Develop and design various marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing channels.
  • Build corporate templates: Design/Modify templates to be used by other departments to help ensure the company brand.
  • Visual Story Telling: An ability to take abstract business concepts and create an easy to understand visual to communicate benefits the end user.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design requirements and create visuals that support business goals.
  • Conceptualize and Execute Designs: Translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
About You - Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to create professional corporate PowerPoint graphics.
  • Ability to create / modify design templates in programs such as Adobe Express, Canva and PowerPoint for other departments.
  • Familiarity with other design software such as After Effects, Premier and web production skills.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.
  • Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
  • The listed range reflects base salary; this position is eligible for commission
