In this role, you’ll develop advanced analytics models, build scalable tools, and deliver predictive insights that directly influence our Free Cashflow, Margin, and Pricing performance. You'll collaborate across functions, lead innovation in automation, and mentor a high-performing analytics team—all while staying close to the business. How you will achieve success:

    • Lead the design and development of advanced analytics models and tooling to optimize Pricing strategies. Drive automation efforts for repeatable processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Maintain robust, real-time reporting systems and predictive analytics models to guide Free Cashflow decisions and ensure Pricing Health is proactively managed and aligned to goals.
    • Ensure rapid response to analytics needs and tooling requests. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop SOPs, training, and analytics frameworks that elevate Pricing performance and user experience.
    • Provide high-impact, data-driven insights for ad hoc and strategic Pricing decisions. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations with strong business framing and financial clarity.
    • Manage and enhance key Pricing tools, while mentoring junior analytics talent. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth in analytics excellence.

What experiences will help you in this role:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, with strong proficiency in Excel, SQL/DAX, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
    • 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, with advanced skills in interpreting complex data, developing actionable insights, and building robust, auditable models to support key business outcomes.
    • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or R to support advanced analytics, automation, and scalable data solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation) with clear and effective communication.
    • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and apply sound business judgment to deliver practical solutions.
$80,865 - $121,297 a year Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $ 80,865 /year to $ 121,297 /year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
