Currently we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for full administrative support including meetings/event management, departmental activities, booking and arranging meetings, maintain documentation, establishing systems, purchasing support, following up budgets and reporting, handling expenses and travel. There may also be opportunities for special projects to be determined by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Close day to day cooperation with marketing, sales and medical department, incl. marketing support for the sales department, preparation and implementation of tactics
• Direct collaboration with Product Manager in preparation and execution of promotional campaigns
• Collaboration with marketing research and creative agencies, incl. assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations
• Providing support connected with ongoing marketing activities and planning in applicable systems and documentation management
• Collaboration with other teams (esp. Medical, Diagnostic Finance, Market Access) to ensure project execution and administration
• Manage and create Purchase Orders

Requirements

• Possess strong writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a global environment.
• Able to prioritize time sensitive assignments.
• Should be able to work autonomously, and at the same time, collaborate effectively with other members of the administrative support team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
• Flexible to adapt to ever-changing needs and deadlines.
• Able to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to demonstrate tact, persuasion and/or negotiation and maintain confidentiality.
