Introduction to role

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in delivering service initiatives as part of the Service Excellence Program. You will track and report on the value delivered by each initiative, maintain and input into the program roadmap, and support the Service Excellence Lead in defining the service vision and strategy. Utilizing data, trends, and service information, you will identify further improvement activities and drive adoption of Service Excellence across the organization. As a go-to expert for service best practices, you will build effective relationships across AZ Technology teams to continuously improve ways of working.

Accountabilities

Deliver service initiatives as part of the Service Excellence Program.
- Track and report on the value delivered by each initiative.
- Maintain and input into the Service Excellence Program roadmap.
- Support the Service Excellence Lead in defining the service vision and strategy.
- Use data, trends, and service information to define further improvement activities.
- Drive adoption of Service Excellence across the organization.
- Act as a go-to expert for service best practices and improvements.
- Run and analyze end-user and stakeholder satisfaction surveys.
- Build effective relationships across AZ Technology teams.

Essential Skills/Experience

1-2 Years of IT Experience with SNOW knowledge
- Hands-on experience delivering service within an agile devops environment.
- Experience of IT service delivery of business applications to a globally distributed user base.
- Hands experience in SnapLogic /ETLTool or any other similar Integration tool.
- Hands on experience in CICD – Tools like Jenkins, Bit bucket/Git HUB
- Good Understanding of Java /REST API’s.
- Good understanding of SQL and able to create/analyse the queries
- Experience of working with offshore application development and support teams
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Working on shifts 9 to 6 Am, 11 am to 8 PM, 2 to 11 PM on a rotation basis
- Three days in office – Hybrid
- Ability to work in a pure DevOps environment -Develop and Support.
- Strong influencing skills

Desirable Skills/Experience

Experience of delivery within a matrix management structure
- Experience in management of vendors and suppliers.
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment is a plus
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.
- Hands on experience on any MFT products like Gloabalscape/Jscape
- Should be having B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team.
