This position is hybrid, requiring occasional meetings at the client site in Arlington, VA. It can be performed in a Hybrid capacity from any CGI Federal office across the U.S., with a strong preference for candidates residing locally in the National Capital Region.
This position requires an Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
Develop detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) to support the automation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with operational requirements of USMC systems.
Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath.
Design and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Develop automations in defense or government contracting environments.
Gather reporting and analysis requirements and document report specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related technical discipline, or equivalent systems-level knowledge and experience.
Knowledge and experience at the systems level with emphasis on software operating systems and low-level language programming.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience with at least 3 years focused on RPA development using UiPath.
Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Extensive coding experience in languages such as C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and test automation.
Experience with database technologies and query optimization (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in remote or on-site settings.
Desired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills:
Experience in gathering reporting and analysis requirements and documenting the report specifications.
Knowledge of the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) or similar enterprise financial systems.
Knowledge of test data management systems and operational test and evaluation environments.
Experience with scripting languages such as R, Ruby, and PowerShell.
Familiarity with cloud environments and virtualization tools like VMWare.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $130,000 - $170,000.
