About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced HR Manager who’s ready to take the lead and make an impact! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR—guiding daily operations, from HRIS to benefits and leave management. You'll be a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a mentor to our growing HR team.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and bring strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking to the table—this could be your perfect next step.
Let’s build an amazing workplace together!

- Lead and support the HR team—ensuring policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, terminations, and exit interviews.
- Ensure the HR team responds promptly and effectively to employee inquiries, handle complex and escalated issues, and provide counseling on benefits, leaves of absence, employee assistance, and other HR policies. Collaborate with recruiters to plan hiring strategies, review resumes, and participate in interviews when needed.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies, including training on HR laws, compliance, complaint procedures, and EEOC, sexual harassment, and termination procedures.
- Support managers with performance improvement strategies, lead new hire onboarding, and oversee HR team development through training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
- Support safety and health program implementation, ensure OSHA compliance, and manage timely completion of internal and external audits.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination or education and experience.
- Seven plus (7+) years of human resources experience at a medium to large-sized company
- Prior supervisory experience
- Completion of an academic HR certificate program or professional HR certification (SHRM, HRCI)
Ideal to have:
- Advanced knowledge of human resources best practices and core functions
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and workplace regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and worker’s compensation
- Expert knowledge of HRIS administration, business analysis tools, and HR reporting
- Proven success managing employee relations, resolving issues, and appropriately handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to role model professionalism, maturity, and exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple deadlines; strong oral, written, and presentation communication abilities.
- Proven interpersonal and business partnering skills at all levels within an organization
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
