About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of next-generation
Generative AI (GenAI) and Search capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered search experiences that enhance discoverability, personalization, and user engagement. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, knowledge engineering, and business teams to create intelligent search solutions that drive value for our customers. This role will be instrumental in
personalizing patient education content and optimizing clinician workflows by leveraging AI-driven search and recommendation systems. By improving how users interact with medical information, you will play a critical part in delivering accurate, context-aware insights that enhance both patient understanding and clinician efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI-powered Search solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive innovation in search relevance, ranking, and personalization by leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP (Natural Language Processing), vector search, and knowledge graphs.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable, AI-driven search features, ensuring technical feasibility and high-quality execution. ● Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, engaging, and context-aware search experiences for diverse user personas.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define key performance metrics (KPIs) and leverage A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to continuously improve search performance.
- Develop AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems that tailor patient education content to individual needs and clinical contexts.
- Enhance clinician workflows by enabling faster, more relevant information retrieval through advanced search and decision-support capabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in AI, AI Agents, search, and information retrieval to drive innovation.
- Advocate for ethical AI principles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in AI-powered search experiences.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on search, AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
- Deep understanding of search algorithms, ranking models, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Hands-on experience working with GenAI, LLMs, and conversational AI technologies in a productized environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-powered products that drive business and user value.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with search evaluation metrics (e.g., MRR, NDCG, precision/recall).
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and experimentation frameworks. ● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear business and user value.
- Strong technical acumen; ability to work closely with engineers and data scientists. ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Nice to Have: - Experience with multimodal AI search (text, images, voice, and video). ● Knowledge of vector search technologies (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Elasticsearch).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Background in digital healthcare, healthcare analystics or content discovery platforms where AI-powered search is a key value driver.
