- Define and maintain the multi-year product roadmap for Coach, aligning with WebMD Ignite’s broader platform strategy.

- Lead with your dev manager buy-build-partner evaluations for any third-party integrations or enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop business models, pricing strategies, and ROI justifications for product investments.
- Support go-to-market efforts, client implementations, and training content.
- Monitor product usage metrics and client feedback to continuously improve adoption and outcomes.
- Present product updates to executives, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, payer solutions, or clinical tools.
- Strong understanding of care management, case management, or coaching workflows in payer environments.
- Experience with search tools, content platforms, or recommendation engines is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and align across functions.
- Proven ability to lead product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver on time.
- Strong data skills — experience using analytics to drive decisions and product improvements.
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, YouTrack, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Health Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with Pragmatic, SVPG, dual-track agile, or similar product development frameworks.
- Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with both technical teams and clinical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working directly with payer clients or enterprise health systems.
