Mobility Design & Solutions (MDS) Manager facilitate and maintain the relationships between the organization and vendors. The MDS Manager will maintain relationships with vendors and act as a point of escalation. The MSDA Manager is responsible for program analytics related to the overall performance of vendors in support of all Mobility programs which includes reviewing/validating vendor invoices, coordinating payments, tracking vendor spend to the approved budget, measuring vendor performance/delivery and monitoring SLAs. The MDS Manager will also manage Mobility metric dashboards to be used by the Mobility Team based on specific Mobility Services throughout the lifecycle of each Program.
This individual will oversee the execution of day-to-day operational activities of Citi’s Mobility Team, which has the responsibility of enabling mobility in support of the Citi’s business worldwide. With a fast-expanding global workforce, cost effective, practical mobility solutions form a key part of our organizational resourcing strategy.
This individual will report to the Head of Mobility and Immigration and will manage a global team of MDS specialists and will be responsible for supporting the mobility function through effective vendor management and overall program analytics and will play an important role in driving Citi’s Mobility Programs’ strategy and experience.
