Position Description:

The Greater Montreal business unit is looking for an executive assistant to support the senior vice president. In this key role, you will work closely with him to help achieve sales targets, ensure impeccable quality of delivery to customers, and maintain the profitability of the business unit.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Proactively manage the Senior Vice President's schedule and priorities (planning, coordination, follow-up).
- Manage daily communications: sort and prioritize emails, prepare responses, ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings (invitations, logistics for rooms or virtual conferences, meals, etc.).
- Maintain high-level professional relationships with our clients and their management teams (e.g., executive assistants to clients, welcoming visitors).
- Draft and distribute communications (memos, emails to leaders and clients).
- Contribute to the organization and success of business unit events by proposing new ideas and formats.
- Manage administrative aspects related to the position: travel, expense reports, approvals in internal systems.
- Act as a resource person and mentor for assistants in the business unit and lead the assistants' committee.
- Manage office supplies and anticipate administrative needs.
- Comply with and enforce the company's internal policies and procedures.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong organizational and priority management skills; thoroughness and autonomy.
- Proactivity, discernment, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Professionalism, diplomacy, and excellent understanding of business issues.
- Ability to organize and host events.
- Bilingualism (French and English), excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Discretion, loyalty, and keen sense of confidentiality.
- Significant experience in an executive support role with senior management, ideally in a large company, at least 10 years, or equivalent.
- Experience in consulting or information technology (an asset).
- College degree or equivalent experience.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
