DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Biochemistry Research in Regenerative Medicine:
  • Research approach methodology development – 12%.

  • Performing cell culture and molecular biology experiments – 25%.

  • Collecting and analyzing protein preps, confocal, QPCR, sequencing, Western and other data – 20%.

  • Performing molecular and genetic analysis, generating and isolating CRISPR-based genetic alterations in iPSC and other cells – 5%.

  • Using protein SEC and other machinery to purify and analyze proteins – 8%.

  • Making sure the laboratory machinery is functional – 10%.

  • Organizing the laboratory procedures – 10%.

  • Presentation research results – 10%.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry or related field and less than one year of relevant experience, OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.

  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Safe laboratory practices, Western Blot.

  • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Cell Culture experience.
