Food Service Worker 4 .
WORK SCHEDULE Saturday-Wednesday from 11-7:30pm
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Under general supervision, perform a variety of duties in the preparation, delivery, and set-up of catering orders, or conduct the operation of a mobile food truck, or lead Food Service Worker 3 staff and other assigned staff.
Help serve our patient community by serving and preparing meals per a medically prescribed diet

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides excellent, respectful customer service to a diverse customer base, in a medical setting
Prepare and serve food and beverages compliant with medically prescribed diet orders, including fluid, texture, electrolyte and nutrient restrictions in a medically vulnerable population or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination
Under general supervision, perform a variety of advanced Food Service Worker duties in preparing and serving food and beverages for medically vulnerable populations, or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination, and perform clean-up and sanitization activities for food equipment.
Perform advanced Food Service Worker duties to prepare and serve food and beverages for medically vulnerable populations, or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination.
Retrieval and processing of food and food preparation/serving equipment with adherence to healthcare-level infection and cross-contamination prevention protocols.
Lead Food Service Work 3 staff in food preparation, serving and/or sanitization for medically vulnerable populations or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card and (if required) a Class 12 Liquor License within two weeks of employment, one year of related experience in catering or dining and customer service
AND
Possession of Washington State Driver’s License (if required)
